Dishtv has launched SMRT Hub Android-Powered HD Set-Top Box and Dish SMRT kit with Alexa Dongle in India. 

 

 

Dish TV SMRT Hub features:

1. It is an Android-Powered set-top box.

2. It runs on Android Pie and includes support for Google Play Store as well as Goggle Assistant. It is designed to deliver the best in class picture quality and sound to the viewers.

3. It will also support all major entertainment apps such as Watcho, Amazon Prime Video, Zee 5, Voot, ALT Balaji and You Tube. But Netflix Support is missing.

4. With built-in chromecast support and superior Dolby Audio Dish TV SMRT Hub users will also be able to stream content on their connected TV from their Smartphone.

5. Google Assistant inclusion means SMRT Hub users can also control their smartphone devices from the Set-Top box.

6. Dish TV has also added support for Dolby Atmos.

7. There is also a Bluetooth remote with SMRT Hub that includes special keys for Google Assistant, You Tube and Watcho.
